VFA: The Excitement of Art Week 2023

Miami is an exciting city, but everything gets ramped up and even more exciting during Art Week. The art, fashion, design, even the food, seems to become more sensational.

 

 

In the spirit of Art Week, we bring to Art Miami 2023, the finest works of Modern and Contemporary artists. In addition to the fine art prints that are the main focus of Vertu Fine Art, we are also exhibiting paintings and sculptures by some of our favorite artists.

 

Works by Alex Katz, spanning nearly forty years and several medium, have been a mainstay of our gallery. On offer is Red Coat, a screenprint created in 1983 and Dancer 3 on Rod, a recent, unique wooden sculpture, made in 2022.

 

Katherine Bernhardt always gives us something to smile about. A new sculpture, Gong BU, 2023 as well as several whimsical acrylic and watercolor paintings, typical of Bernhardt’s oeuvre, are available.

 

Work by familiar favorites like Andy Warhol, Helen Frankenthaler, Keith Haring, Roy Lichtenstein and Chuck Close are on display, along with work by Julian Opie, Jonas Wood, Robert Longo, Frank Stella, Donald Sultan and Damien Hirst.

 

We are especially pleased to offer new works by generative artists Richard Nadler, Rik Oostenbroek, and Artemis.

 

We’ll be at Art Miami 2023, through Sunday, December 10th.
