This has been a spectacular week in South Florida. Art lovers from all over the world have gathered here for Art Week and visited with us at Art Miami 2025.
The works of A.C.K. (Alpha Centuri Kid) have garnered a lot of interest.
ACK painted in traditional oils in school and entered the digital world as a young adult, creating glitch works that got the attention of the art world…and Christie’s…which has led to his expanding oeuvre and his success.
Clown Party, a new six-painting series by ACK, is on view at our booth. This series marks an important moment in his practice and reflects the intention and depth that continue to define his work.
Clown Party is textured, layered, and personal, moving between celebration and collapse. A clown and a Tinman appear throughout the series, creating scenes where humor and weight coexist. Each surface is built using ChromaSculpt, ACK’s proprietary method of stacking UV-reactive pigments into raised relief. Although painterly in appearance, the works are created through a printmaking process that gives them a shifting, tactile presence.
Banksy’s works are currently on view in a high-end, high-rent section of London…an area where he might have been arrested if his works were on the outside of the building on South Brompton Road.
The exhibit contains reproductions of many of Banksy’s most well-known works and, ironically, ends with a visit through the gift shop.
Banksy calls his works “audacious and funny”, and it is. It’s also thought provoking, empathetic and touches on serious subjects.
Chocolate donuts, 2009, on view at our gallery, reflects all of those feelings. He often includes police officers in his work, and here is a motorcycle escort ensuring the safety of a donut truck.
ACK and Banksy are just two of the contemporary artists whose works are on view at our booth at Art Miami.
Works by Alex Katz, Donald Sultan, Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol and other artists who are masters of the fine art print, are available at our gallery.
